Privacy choices

Delete locally. Request provider records separately.

Clypy creates only a minimal passwordless purchase identity when you verify an email. Clipboard data still lives on your devices, so local deletion controls remain the authoritative path for clipboard history.

Delete clipboard history

Use Clear all clips to remove history while keeping this installation's settings, pairing identity, and license. Empty Trash to purge recoverable local deletions.

Reset an installation

Factory reset removes the local database, settings, pairing identity, sync credentials, license activation, and encryption keys from that installation. Reset other devices separately.

Stop future synchronization

Remove a paired device and rotate the group key from a device you still control. A removed device may retain plaintext it already received, so remotely erasing that device remains an operating-system action.

Delete purchase identity

Use Delete account in Clypy to revoke passwordless sessions and remove the active purchase-email identity. Transaction mappings may be pseudonymized and retained where required for receipts, refunds, fraud prevention, tax, or disputes. You can also email a privacy request.

Access, correction, or deletion request

Send only the request type and the minimum identifying information needed. Never email clipboard contents, a full card number, license key, pairing code, password, or token. We target a response within 30 days, subject to identity verification and records we must retain for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute obligations.

Website analytics

Choose whether this browser may load Google Analytics. Disabling it stops future site and download-choice events; it does not affect Clypy app telemetry, which is a separate opt-in setting inside the app.
